We'll review the criteria often, to make sure we are all still on the same page, and when you find the home that fits, we'll make sure you are well equipt to make an informed decision as to how best to offer on that home.

If it is a multiple offer situation, we'll be sure to explain just what that is and how to manage your way through it.
You'll have up to date data on what market values are, so that you will know that you've got all the tools in your own 'kit' to make the right decisions with regards to how the home your interested in compares to what has recently sold in the neighbourhood your wanting to move into.

We'll introduce you to some amazing members of my team from mortgage lenders, to home inspectors, to lawyers - all necessary components of buying a home.
